Well, folks, it looks like we’ve got our first “official” sighting of the All Your Base Map pack.
From the limited information gleaned, it’s looking like the Pack will retail for about $12.99 USD, come with one building, the Privateer Press Building, and come with one double sided map.
As to what the building will entail, well, judging by the list of abilities from the AYB expansion, there’s three unaccounted for: Bunker, Research & Development and Indestructible. Any bets on how many of these abilities the Privateer Press Building will have?
If you’d like to take a look for yourself, drop by here.

And yes, that is a skull on top of the building.

And here I figured I was the only future Creative Writing prof into Monsterpocalypse. Apparently we’re more common than I realized…
I’ve got a feeling the building will be good… I’ll post an image in just a second onto this article.
I have a feeling we’re more plentiful we’d imagine.
Also, I cannot -wait- for this map pack.
I’d expect this building to be pretty nice. PP does a good job of putting out buildings that offer good abilities that fill a desired niche, unlike some of their other figures…. *looks at Carnadon*.
With Bunker, R&D and Indestructable, this is going to be great for turtling behind. Mogroth can just sit behind it all day, R&D-ing units to refill the screening. Can’t shoot him, he’s screened so you can’t power attack him, and if the screen is solid enough, you won’t be able to brawl him, either. You’ll be left with swats as your only attack method (for a while anyway).
