It’s no secret that the next building to be added to Monsterpocalypse was going to be called Stock Exchange or that it would be included in the next map pack. What was a secret, until now, was the abilities on that figure. However, that is a secret no longer.
If you make your way to the figure gallery on the Monsterpocalypse home page you’ll notice a few changes on the Structures portion of the page. Currently this is only true for the Now! structures, but Privateer Press has started adding images of the figure’s cards to its gallery page. I expect this will soon be true for all figures in the gallery, though only time will tell.
Now for what you all came here to see. I give you the Stock Exchange.
The first thing you’ll notice is that it’s carrying a green Power Drain on brawl, which isn’t exceptional, but in a Brawl-heavy force it could become a threat.
Now that you’ve gotten past the pretty green icon, you’ll probably notice the new icon for Regulated. This ability looks to be a game changer. As long as the Stock Exchange is in play, neither player will benefit from abilities like Power Sink or Riled. While most forces may not depend on those abilities, I know that more than a few players will be caught off guard when they don’t get what they thought were easy P-Dice.
What sort of force would you play this with? Would you focus on a brawling army to take advantage of Power Drain or ignore that ability altogether and only play it for the likes of Financier, Business Center and Regulated?

Wow, NICE! I’m going to put this in my Aquosia EC force… it’s perfect for protector agenda brawlers!
I can definitely see this sitting comfortably in the back of any Protector power base. As long as you don’t want to gain power dice during your opponent’s turns, this is a good addition.
Gorghadatron sure loves his Power Sink on both forms and this would block it. Not an incredible building, but brings quite a few things to the table which is more than most buildings can say.
I know I sure hate playing against people with riled. It makes killing units off frustrating and the time it takes to calculate things at that point is just absurd. Let’s also not forget shuffle. Personally, this is one of my newest favorite abilities. I love back to back monster turns. All of this and then you through in financier. Of course, now I have to get one for my Sky Sentinel army.
It’s also going to nerf Insurance buildings. At least I still get Rage P-Die on my turn. Interesting building. Have to see how it plays.
