Can any monster do any power attack, or only those listed on the model (power slam, power stomp, etc.)? My reading seems to leave it open, but I can see it being limitted.

Any monster with a power-attack stat can perform a power attack — powers that make certain power attacks better for that monster are just incentives to use that attack more often. It was weird deja-vu for me because the first time I read the rules I wondered the same thing.

So the various power attack skills are just a bonus to p-dice for those attacks, then. Cool.
Thanks for the reply.

You don't.
What Mike is talking about is certain skills that increase a power attacks ability (Not all monsters have these skills). For instance, Super Stomp makes it so that every enemy unit hit and every building destroyed gives you an extra p-die. Say you make a stomp power attack and hit 2 enemy units and 1 building; normally you would get just one power die for each (3 p-die total). However, super stomp gives you an extra p-die for every unit and building destruction, so now each of those units reaps 2 pdie and so does the building, therefore doubling your p-die amount gained (New total= 6 p-die).
Regular power attacks found in the rulebook can be performed by any monster so long as they have a Power stat.
