Flare, Tollbooth, TMI, and Urobouros are their only ice with an ETR sub, and of those TMI is the only real early-game option. Like Snare! and Junebug in Jinteki, Tollbooth and Data Raven get splashed not because they’re strong options for their own corp, but because they’re good splashes. Forfeiting is always better for the Corp because they can control what agendas are available to them (Weyland players can run Archer KNOWING they have Posted Bounty and Hostile Takeover), whereas a Runner is stuck with whatever their matchup is.
