Just when you wonder where these guys at Plaid Hat Games could go with what has been (IMO) a fairl straightforward and slightly boring faction like the Guild Dwarves, they come out with static structures that creates a feel of fighting a fortress, rathaer than a skirmishing force. This really keeps in feel with the idea of the dwarves being the master builders, and makes me want to play them again! Can’t wait to try these new forces out! !

About the only thing I don’t like about SW is the static start for every summoner. Every other thing..including the new direction the new summoners can take things…I love.
Gives the GD so much flavor indeed. I wanna try some of these with boring Oldin too, spice some things up.
Still really interested in how Upgrades work. And Conjurations, for that matter!
There are a lot of funny interactions with the towers. If the Jungle Elves play Chant of Negation against them, they sprout legs and can move! Zombies can bring back zombie towers! And best of all, Naan’Nashi (mercenary champion) can pop out of one and play as if he had been wearing a tower disguise all this time.
That said, I don’t think we’ve seen the half of these towers. Bolvi’s deck lists the widest variety of events yet, all of them called “Upgrades” which are supposed to work on towers.
Those are funny! I think the zombies or Naan can be easily explained as coming from the crew within. Not sure how I explain the tower running around! Someone call Baba Yaga! I think we found her hut!
Yeah Chant of Negation is hilarious hahaha.
