Shipping & Delivery
Let's face it, getting a package in the mail is about as great a feeling as has ever existed... and that's when whatever arrived is pretty useless. Include some giant monsters or that last card you need for revenge at the next tournament and anticipation for the order is nearly unbearable. The idea that you would order online and wait days for the package to ship (and to get notification of what is happening with your order) is just absurd. Absolute insanity.
Orders placed here are shipped, at the very latest, the business day after they were ordered. Most of the time your order will ship the very day it was placed. The moment your package ships you will be sent an email notifying you what is happening. We package all miniature orders in sturdy white boxes to ensure safe travel. Cards are shipped in a variety of methods. Regardless, saftey is always the key issue and we know how horrible it is to finally get the package you've been waiting for only to open up some broken pieces or bent cards.
Most orders are delivered in the continental U.S. in two to four shipping days. It takes one to two weeks to ship outside of the U.S. and can take up to four weeks in certain countries. If at any time you feel like something may have happened to your package, you just want confirmation that your package did indeed ship on a certain day, or you just need reassurance that the package will in fact be arriving soon, visit the contact page. We will respond as quickly as humanly possible (and sometimes sooner!) to make sure that you aren't left with that cold, dark, and lonely feeling before heading to bed.
It's also worth noting that the price for subscription products (Covenant Maps, etc.) is the base price for Continental U.S. customers. If you are having your subscription shipped outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other country), there will be an additional shipping charge for your subscription product.
Privacy & Security
There are few things worse than being signed up for a newsletter or call list that you never signed up for. We take privacy and security very seriously and will never (ever) sell, distribute, or market any data used in purchasing of anything from the Team Covenant website. If at any time you feel that you privacy or security has been breached, please contact us.
Returns & Replacements
Again, we do everything we can to make sure that exactly what you ordered arrives and does so safely. The simple fact of the matter is that there are several humans involved in the process of getting your order to you. This includes the staff at Team Covenant, the shipping and delivery company, and of course the person reading these words. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, don't worry!
It is never our aim to harm or offend anyone and we want all of our customers to be happy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply visit our contact page and tell us why. We will work with you to resolve the situation as fast as we can. If that means we included the wrong products, the shipping company misplaced or damaged your order during delivery, or you simply ordered the wrong thing we will do whatever we can to resolve the siutation.
Ordering
It is our goal to make ordering exactly what you need as simple as possible. If for some reason you have a question about how to order something or an issue in doing so, feel free to visit our contact page. We will guide you through the process until you successfully complete your order.
Refunds
It is never our goal to give any customer the short end of the stick. We always want to refund a customer if they ask for it. However, there are some exceptions that make it very difficult for us to offer a refund.If you feel like you have a legimate reason for receiving a refund, please visit the contact page.
To be specific, refunds cannot be given on subscription products that have already been delivered (Covenant Maps, Chapter Pack Program, Adventure Pack Program, etc.). Another tough situation is refunding convention registration (MonCon). This becomes difficult because we decide prizes, exclusives, and events around the number of attendees. We are willing to offer a full refund for conventions up to thirty calendar days before the first day of the event. After that, refunds are given at our sole discretion. There are certain situations that allow for full refunds even after this period.
