We've built out our pre-ordering systems to make things seamless. Learn the basics via video, and the specifics below.
Pre-orders are held in pre-order status until we move into fulfillment. That might be the day before shipping or as much as 5 weeks before shipping. At that point they are converted into standard orders and follow all of the conventions of standard orders, found here.
Once a pre-order becomes a standard order, the below items no longer apply.
We run our pre-orders in a tight configuration that makes everything as simple as possible. Only products from the same game line can be pre-ordered during a checkout session. For instance, Earthborne pre-orders cannot be purchased in the same checkout session as Warlord pre-orders.
In order to place pre-orders across different game lines, you'll need to run through checkout multiple times.
If you have an existing pre-order and would like to add items to it, just add those items to your cart and start checkout. We'll automatically identify your email and combine your new pre-order with your existing one.
We'll even calculate any difference in shipping and add it to the new total. During this process you can also change the shipping method on your entire pre-order.
You'll receive explanations along the way so you know exactly what's happening, and at the end of the process your existing pre-order will be updated with all of the new products and quantities.
